Frequently asked
How do I manage my Minecraft server?
Once your order goes through, you get a full panel that handles your game version with a wide choice of server APIs. You can also connect over FTP to change your version, plugins and mods yourself.
Which CPU runs my Minecraft server?
Our Minecraft plans run on Ryzen 9 9900X processors clocked at 5.6 GHz. That clock speed is what keeps TPS steady once the world fills up.
Do I get FTP access to my server?
Yes. Your panel includes a web FTP client, and you can also connect over FTP with the client of your choice.
How do I reach my panel?
Once your service is delivered, the panel is reachable from your client area. The credentials are the same as your client area ones.
Is DDoS protection included?
Always on. Every Minecraft plan ships with layer 3/4 mitigation at no extra cost.
Can I change my plan later?
Yes. Upgrade or downgrade anytime from your client area: billing is prorated automatically and your world stays put.
Your world deserves a proper server.
